Job Summary
The Continuous Improvement Manager at Sara Lee Frozen Bakery will lead plant improvement initiatives through Lean Production System Design, focusing on driving a Zero Loss Culture, optimizing performance metrics, and training personnel. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 6 years of experience in Supply Chain or similar roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Supply Chain/Operations, Business, Engineering or related
- Ideally 6+ years in related experience in Supply Chain – continuous improvement or Ops role
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems
Desired Qualifications
- Food & Beverage Manufacturing/Ops experience preferred
- Proven experience with building and implementing Processes, Routines, and Tools for process improvements
- Experience in lean, TPM or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent Stakeholder Engagement

- This role requires regular presence on the plant floor
- This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs. occasionally
- This role will require some off-shift and weekend work
