Job Summary
Lead site-level deployment and sustainment of the Reynolds Production System (RPS), ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business priorities. Partner with plant leadership to translate objectives into actionable CI strategies that deliver measurable performance gains in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity. Identify, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives while managing the CI project pipeline to ensure targeted financial and operational results. Establish auditing and governance processes to reinforce RPS standards, champion lean methodologies including Kaizen and Standard Work, and build organizational capability through coaching and training programs. Facilitate regular performance reviews with leadership to assess maturity and adjust plans. Develop and track key performance indicators to link CI activities with financial impact, leading change management efforts to ensure long-term adoption of process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience driving continuous improvement in a complex manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence frameworks in a plant setting
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate operational improvements into measurable business results
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
