Job Summary
Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve manufacturing operations. Develop and execute continuous improvement programs, facilitate process-improvement teams, and support project leaders. Build and maintain metrics for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity; oversee the site's 12-month rolling lean implementation plan; collaborate with leadership to plan, develop, coordinate, support, and execute improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Business or Engineering preferred)
- 3+ years of project facilitation experience
- Lean Manufacturing and Lean deployment experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required, Black Belt preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-in-time, demand flow, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and energize team members
