Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Summary
Lead site-level continuous improvement across designated manufacturing facilities, drive key improvement opportunities through completion, and develop/train teams to establish CI culture and SPS concepts. Conduct audits to ensure effective use of SPS tools and behaviors, apply Lean methodologies, coach others, analyze operations to propose solutions, and develop stakeholder communication plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development; partner with the SPS Leadership Steering Team to continually improve the framework; manage 2-3 sites on the CI journey with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- MBA or Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- 7+ years managing multi-site leadership a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Expertise in Lean methodologies and a proven ability to train and coach others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, ERP systems, and downtime reporting applications
- Lean Six Sigma and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications preferred
