Job Summary
Lead the Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence efforts for the Moorebank Online Fulfilment Centre, driving end-to-end CI strategy, safety, service, cost and productivity outcomes in a highly automated fulfilment environment. Shape and embed CI frameworks, SOPs and value-realisation, coach leaders to identify and deliver improvements, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver large-scale transformations with a data-led, problem-solving approach in collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Engineering and Supply Chain teams. Key focus areas include process optimisation, layout design, automation performance enhancements and delivering multimillion-dollar improvements through lean, Six Sigma or OpEx methodologies in an automation-enabled supply chain setting.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence in large-scale environments
- Strong capability in Lean, Six Sigma or OpEx methodologies
- Tertiary qualification in related field (Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc)
- Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and multimillion-dollar improvements
- Experience in automation-enabled supply chain, fulfilment or industrial environments
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Strong data and analytical capability to identify opportunities and drive commercial outcomes
- Expertise in change management and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Collaborative mindset with ability to coach and uplift team capability
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement and building high-performing teams
