Job Summary
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving a culture of sustainable continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization. Essential duties include defining requirements for operations, facilitating Lean activities such as Kaizen events and Lean training, advancing company metrics (safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale), and mentoring and coaching employees at various levels. This role requires experience with Lean methodologies and tools, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. The position involves significant travel, a minimum of 25%, and may require extended hours to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or related field required
- 3-5 years of Lean experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
