Job Summary

Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance, patient flow, and service excellence across clinical and non-clinical areas through the effective use of people, processes, and technology. Partner with supervisors, managers, directors, AVPs, and executive leadership to identify opportunities, analyze performance data, and implement sustainable process improvements. Perform data analysis, root cause analysis, and performance trending to develop and implement appropriate process improvements and control measures. Execute end-to-end project management, including scoping, stakeholder engagement, implementation, and post-implementation monitoring to ensure initiatives meet defined timelines and performance expectations. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and resources to successfully deliver project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of three years work experience in a healthcare related field
  • Basic level of knowledge and understanding of clinical process and workflow
  • Valid driver's license at the time of hire

  • Experience with Epic
  • Certification in Project Management from Project Management Institute (PMP or CAPM), International Institute for Learning (APMC), or American Academy of Project Management
  • Six-Sigma Certification
