Job Summary
Lead, implement, and sustain continuous improvement projects across all site contracts and functions by analysing operational data, identifying performance gaps against KPIs, and developing improvement plans. Manage and support the successful implementation of change management initiatives while partnering with operational leaders to achieve KPI targets, productivity improvements, budget objectives, and customer expectations. Develop and influence teams through coaching, training, succession planning, and best practice sharing to embed a culture of operational excellence. This full-time, permanent role in Ollerton offers a salary up to £50,000 per annum, 33 days annual leave, and benefits including a pension scheme and medical insurance. Candidates require experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies and a strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations. We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering Continuous Improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive performance improvements
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Confident user of IT systems, with a proactive approach to change, compliance, and operational excellence
