Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Summary
Lead the continuous improvement roadmap and drive measurable improvements in core processes. Analyze data to understand process KPIs and unit performance, diagnose major cost drivers (material, labor, and other operation costs), and perform value stream analyses. Facilitate unit-wide CI initiatives and kaizen events, implementing and sustaining gateOPEX standardization while promoting Lean manufacturing practices. Collaborate with Operations, train peers and frontline staff, identify best practices, and coordinate junior resources to foster a continuous improvement culture.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Operation Management or related technical discipline required
- Lean Six Sigma green belt certification desirable
- Minimum four (4) years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing or related experience as an Industrial Engineer
- Experience in analyzing operations and its cost drivers, material and information flows, productivity, material consumption, and operation expenses
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of Quality, Project Management, Lean and/or Six Sigma concepts and theories
- Hands-on experience implementing Lean in manufacturing and transactional areas
