Continuous Improvement Manager

Lead the Continuous Improvement program by developing, implementing and sustaining Lean-based improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth. Coach and mentor employees on lean methodology, root-cause analysis, and waste reduction; coordinate training and development of team members; identify and scope CI projects using data and observations; participate on the site Steering Team to organize and execute improvement activities; serve as a subject-matter expert for the organization’s Management Operating Structure; bring experience with cost-saving initiatives and long-term improvement strategy to deliver annual business plans; perform other duties as assigned.
