Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
