Job Summary
Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations and lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process optimization projects. Identify waste reduction opportunities, develop training programs on continuous improvement tools, and establish KPIs to track progress. Facilitate root cause analysis for complex operational issues and champion a culture of operational excellence. This role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supported by a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in SPC tools. While no immediate opening exists, the Pivot Group Network actively seeks candidates in the Whitehall region for future alignment with partner companies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of achieving measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools
- Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
- Experience with AI/ML-driven process optimization tools
- Demonstrated success in change management within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application to CI
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
