Job Summary
Drive the identification and implementation of process improvements across manufacturing operations while leading cross-functional teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Facilitate problem-solving workshops to address root causes, develop and track KPIs to measure initiative impact, and champion a culture of continuous improvement through training and engagement. Conduct regular process audits to sustain gains and identify new optimization opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to align projects with strategic objectives. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
- Black Belt or Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
- Proven experience utilizing data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Minitab, statistical process control)
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and coach teams on CI principles and tools
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
- Experience with change management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing
- Proven ability to mentor and develop continuous improvement practitioners
