Job Summary
Collaborate with site leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives that drive step-change improvements. Assure execution of continuous improvement projects by supporting sponsors and aligning activities with operating goals and the value stream. Provide site leadership for all improvement efforts, incorporating corporate learnings and new methods into the site's Intertape Performance System. Engage with engineering teams to drive process improvements aligned with daily manufacturing needs and strategic objectives. Lead high-impact initiatives using a value stream approach, ensuring effective communication and change management throughout the site.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering
- 5+ years of successful continuous improvement experience in manufacturing
- demonstrated project management skills
- demonstrated analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Continuous improvement experience
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to interact with all levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Master degree in related field
- Lean manufacturing Six Sigma training
- Experience in deploying 5S, Visual Communication, Value-Stream Mapping, Problem solving tools
