Job Summary
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma (L6S) to enhance customer satisfaction, quality, and production capabilities. Drive cross-functional CI projects, research and implement process improvements, standardize best practices, provide training and coaching, monitor progress via metrics/KPIs, and ensure compliance with internal/external guidelines while advancing operational cost reduction. Emphasize hands-on problem-solving (Gemba) and collaboration with leaders to deploy CI strategy and resources.
