Job Summary
Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations by identifying process inefficiencies and developing data-driven solutions. Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels in continuous improvement methodologies while establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to track progress. Drive a culture of continuous improvement through active engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes. This role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and 5+ years of experience leading initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools
- Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills
