Job Summary
The Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible for driving continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives across manufacturing and commercial operations. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams for process improvement projects, training staff in continuous improvement methodologies, facilitating kaizen events, and developing a continuous improvement roadmap. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and change management, with at least ten years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Ten plus years of experience in manufacturing operations with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proven success in leading and guiding teams through change and CI initiatives in a plant or matrixed environment
- Significant experience in a matrixed organizational structure executing cross-functional initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or related certification
- PMP or Agile Project Management
