Job Summary
Coordinate assessments of manufacturing areas to identify high-value continuous improvement events and lead plant-wide projects. Develop and deliver training applications to enable employees at all levels to engage in the CI process, while coaching management teams to embed a continuous improvement culture. Facilitate cross-functional improvement teams, drive waste elimination, and implement the CI roadmap including audits and best practices. Alert on deviations and take ownership of methods and tools to support the site's cultural transformation and change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Engineering, or related field
- Effective organizational skills and ability to work with various levels of the organization
- Excellent leadership skills and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- 2+ years of experience facilitating, coaching and implementing TPM, Lean Six Sigma/ Kaizen events and driving lean transformation with proven results and implementations in a manufacturing environment
- Six Sigma Green Belt training
- Proven ability to work independently and successfully, driving projects to completion
- Facilitate cross functional teams, while implementing improvement within an established time frame
- Well organized, high energy, data driven, and results oriented
