Job Summary
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by facilitating process improvement sessions and guiding teams through rapid improvement events to address strategic initiatives and value streams. Apply structured Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to support area/department strategy, establish and sustain improvement processes, and mentor frontline leaders to develop CI competencies while driving waste elimination and increasing customer value. Evaluate leadership standard work and promote CI maturity across the value stream, including on-the-job and formal CI training.
Required Qualifications
- Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 5 years experience in Lean 6 Sigma leadership in operations, manufacturing, or quality
