Continuous Improvement Lead

Lead and govern continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain Operations using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Partner with Operations leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement projects that reduce waste, improve quality, and shorten cycle times. Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and structured PDCA problem-solving while analyzing operational data to address root causes. Develop project charters, business cases, and control plans; monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards to ensure sustainability. Coach and mentor leaders and associates in continuous improvement methods and execution. Serve as a subject-matter resource for improvement practices across the organization.
