Continuous Improvement Lead

Job Summary
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across development workflows by analyzing workflow data to map bottlenecks, quantify improvement potential, and facilitate root-cause analysis. Build and maintain dashboards to make performance visible and support data-driven decisions, and drive a prioritized improvement backlog through stakeholder alignment and delivering small, high-impact changes. Collaborate with tool owners to improve data quality and end-to-end visibility. The role operates in a matrix organization without formal authority, with two eligible bases in Vaasa (Finland) or Gråsten (Denmark), offering flexibility and strong collaboration across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methods such as process mapping, root-cause analysis, and experimentation
- Ability to work with operational data to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Confidence in building dashboards or visualizations that guide decisions and drive action
- Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes in a matrix organization without formal authority
