Job Summary
Lead the deployment and adoption of the Continuous Improvement operating model across assigned L3 processes, ensuring consistent use of core tools like MOS, TMW, Bowler, and A3. Drive L3-level operational and non-operational efficiency initiatives, defining user stories, approving business requirements, and tracking monthly and quarterly delivery against targets. Coach CI Specialists, team leaders, and managers on practical problem-solving methods including A3 and SQC-led daily management to build organizational maturity. Monitor process performance at L3 level, escalating risks and insights to senior leadership while strengthening review discipline and performance routines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma or process improvement
- Strong understanding of performance management routines and operational governance
- Experience working with tools or methodologies such as A3, Bowler, daily management, standard work, visual management or structured problem solving
- Ability to coach managers and teams in practical CI behaviours and ways of working
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence at different levels
- Ability to work closely with automation, operations and transformation teams
- A structured, hands-on approach with strong attention to execution and follow-through
- This role is based in the Warsaw office 5 days per week
