Job Summary
Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment using Lean and Six Sigma to boost efficiency, quality, and productivity. Drive root-cause analysis, data-driven decision making, and the implementation of standardized work, Kaizen activities, and value-stream improvements. Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs; train and support teams to ensure successful adoption of improvements; troubleshoot machine losses and recommend improvements. Strong emphasis on data analysis, statistical software, and project management to deliver measurable performance gains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement and/or process improvement roles
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software
- Strong project management skills including cross-functional team leadership
- Experience with process mapping and value stream mapping
- Knowledge of Kaizen; including Standard Work, 5S, SMED, SPC, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful process improvement initiatives
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
