Job Summary
Lead high-impact, cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing throughput, quality, cost performance, and operational scalability. Responsibilities include implementing Lean flow principles in a regulated environment, establishing standard work and performance metrics, analyzing equipment and labor utilization, and applying structured problem-solving methodologies. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, 3 to 6 years of experience, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Strong analytical and facilitation skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (Biomedical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, etc)
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience and success implementing lean-six sigma and cost reduction
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and lead multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (ASQ-CSSGB)
- Knowledge and experience with FDA cGMP regulations
- Strong facilitation and relationship building skills across the organization
- Highly analytical with the ability to structure and interpret operational data
