Job Summary

Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost across manufacturing operations. Facilitate Kaizen events, apply Lean tools including 5S and Value Stream Mapping, and analyze production data to identify workflow optimization opportunities. Design process and layout improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement sustainable operational changes. Develop and monitor KPIs while ensuring improvements are sustained through training and standardized work.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • 3-5 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies
  • Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis techniques
  • Experience conducting Value Stream Mapping exercises and implementing improvement plans
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001
  • Knowledge of production planning, facility layout, workflow design, and labor optimization
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing performance metrics
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Proven success leading Lean Manufacturing transformations within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience facilitating Kaizen events and implementing Lean tools
  • Ability to analyze complex manufacturing systems and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities
  • Experience developing sustainable continuous improvement systems
  • Ability to influence and engage employees at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills supported by data-driven decision making
