Job Summary
Continuous Improvement Engineer responsible for supporting and leading end-to-end process-improvement initiatives within HARlis Systems. Design, deploy and develop HARlis Systems and methods; implement the Operations Strategy Process including KPI management and HARlis strategy tools. Measure, monitor, and report PcM KPIs; actively participate in best-practice sharing; represent HARlis/Continuous Improvement internally and externally (conventions, associations, study trips). Support implementation of process-management projects and assist in strategic meetings/workshops. Requires lean management expertise, change management, and strong communication and leadership skills; English proficiency is important (position dependent).
