Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Job Summary
Drive and support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, planning, and executing process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams. Lead Kaizen events, develop education materials to train staff on Lean Manufacturing tools, and provide coaching through hands-on facilitation. Monitor progress of improvement initiatives, track key metrics, and report effectiveness while sharing best practices with all facilities. Build trust through direct engagement and problem-solving to deliver measurable results. Work between 7 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday, with overtime and flexible hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years working in a lean process
- 10-25% travel based on company need
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and train others on process improvement concepts
- Must be available for work between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday
- Must be available for overtime
- Must be available for work at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs
- Must pass a background and drug test
- Must be eligible for E-Verify
Desired Qualifications
- Technical expertise in Lean Manufacturing tools and principles including 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Kaizen, A3, Root Cause Analysis and Mistake Proofing
