Job Summary
Conduct training and coaching for manufacturing staff and leadership on operational excellence tools. Facilitate QRQC sessions to ensure rapid problem response and lead disciplined RCA/8D/A3 activities for root cause identification. Monitor corrective action program backlogs, evaluate quality and timeliness, and analyze KPIs to produce data-driven insights for Product Center leadership. Drive culture changes by implementing Lean tools and waste-reduction projects while promoting Human Performance principles and error-prevention techniques. Provide routine performance reporting through dashboards and periodic reviews to support long-term reliability improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Knowledge of related engineering standards, processes, tools, techniques and criteria
- Knowledge of continuous improvement processes, methods and metrics
