Job Summary
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will lead hands-on process improvement actions to enhance the Matalco production system. Responsibilities include identifying and leading Kaizen workshops, promoting data-driven process standardization and innovation, analyzing key performance metrics to spot improvement opportunities, and delivering continuous improvement training. Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, along with proficiency in data software packages like Excel and Minitab, is essential. The role requires 5 years of continuous improvement experience and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Required Qualifications
- BS in technical discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 5 years continuous improvement related
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Desired Qualifications
- BS in Industrial, Mechanical, or other Engineering Discipline
- 10 years continuous improvement related
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
