Job Summary
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will lead and support process improvement initiatives within the Matalco production system. Responsibilities include identifying and leading Kaizen workshops, promoting data-driven standardization and optimization, analyzing key performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, and delivering continuous improvement training and mentoring. The role necessitates proficiency in continuous improvement tools such as Lean and Six Sigma, along with data analysis software like Excel and Minitab.
Required Qualifications
- BS in technical discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 5 years continuous improvement related
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Desired Qualifications
- BS in Industrial, Mechanical, or other Engineering Discipline
- 10 years continuous improvement related
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
