Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement and automation initiatives as part of the Transformation Office, partnering with business leaders and engineering teams to identify opportunities, redesign workflows, and deliver measurable operational impact. Own ROI-driven business cases, develop and maintain automation roadmaps, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance, and drive delivery of automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Celonis, Power Automate) while advancing AI-enabled automation and intelligent document processing. This hands-on leadership role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical fluency in automation technologies, governance of the automation lifecycle, and the ability to balance strategic roadmap ownership with execution across multiple initiatives in a hybrid Vancouver-based/remote setup.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, automation leadership, or transformation roles
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Celonis, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation and emerging intelligent automation technologies
- Strong understanding of SDLC and automation lifecycle practices
- Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech, or regulated environments (preferred)
- Strong process mapping and root-cause analysis expertise
- Ability to develop ROI-driven business cases
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
- Backlog prioritization and performance reporting capabilities
- Experience leading distributed or offshore delivery teams
