Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement and automation initiatives across Trulioo, driving process redesign, automation delivery, and intelligent automation initiatives. Build ROI-driven business cases, partner with business leaders across Operations, Customer Success, Compliance, Sales, Finance and Engineering, establish KPIs and governance, and deliver measurable operational impact. Role sits at the intersection of operational excellence, process redesign, and automation execution, requiring strong analytical capability, technical fluency in automation technologies, and the ability to balance strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on execution. Hybrid work model with three days per week in the San Diego hub; remote work possible for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, automation leadership, or transformation roles
- Proven success leading process redesign and measurable performance improvement initiatives
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Celonis, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation and emerging intelligent automation technologies
- Strong understanding of SDLC and automation lifecycle practices
- Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech, or regulated environments preferred
- Deep process mapping and root cause analysis expertise
- Strong financial acumen with ROI-driven business cases
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
- Strong backlog, prioritization, and performance reporting capabilities
- Comfortable leading distributed or offshore delivery teams
- Hands-on, execution-focused, and outcomes-driven mindset
