Continuous Improvement Analyst

Partner with local VOS managers to develop and deploy the VOS capability framework for site certification. Facilitate CI projects, workshops, kaizen events, and structured problem-solving to drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and experience. Drive the 5S and Kaizen program across the plant while coaching function and business leaders on Lean tools, maturity assessments, standard work, visual management, and process design. Model a culture of ownership and empowerment by helping teams internalize Lean mindsets that sustain progress over time. Support deployment across cultural and tactical dimensions, from team-level coaching to enterprise system-level change, including shop floor engagement on the sustainability of the operating system.
