Drive operational excellence in Finance Operations by analyzing end-to-end processes, conducting root cause analysis with Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC, redesigning processes, improving controls, and delivering SOPs, training, and readiness activities. Facilitate workshops, collaborate with Technology and change teams on automation, develop dashboards and KPIs to measure performance, and coach cross-functional teams to foster a continuous improvement culture.
Required Qualifications
