Continuous Improvement Analyst

Job Summary
Continuous Improvement Analyst supporting OpEx teams in delivering improvements across warehouse and production processes. Responsible for understanding and communicating complex processes, driving standardization and continuous improvement, partnering with shop floor and office stakeholders, leveraging large internal datasets to identify opportunities, supporting root cause analysis and failure mode effects analyses to mitigate risks, developing and delivering change management plans, creating SOPs and visual management tools, and providing project updates on the OpEx Roadmap. Must have Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or supply chain and 2+ years in operations management or a related field. Candidates should demonstrate quantitative/analytical skills (Excel, data visualization, SQL/Tableau is a plus), familiarity with Lean/Business Process Mapping, and willingness to travel up to 15% within Canada. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a similar field
- 2+ years of experience working in operations management or a related field
- A natural curiosity to understand how different systems/processes work and a bias for action to improve them
- A proactive and ambitious mindset: you take ownership of your work and think beyond the scope of a given assignment
- A charismatic attitude to getting buy-in on your ideas from the design stage to implementation on the shop floor
- Quantitative and analytical experience (Excel, data visualization systems)
- Familiarity with Lean/Business Process Mapping
- Basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g. SQL, Tableau)
- Willingness to travel within Canada up to 15%
