Job Summary
Coordinate educational activities, manage accreditation and compliance processes, and support faculty development programming for the CME program. Plan, implement, and evaluate accredited educational initiatives while administering budgets and monitoring expenditures. Provide logistical support for conferences, workshops, and webinars, including speaker coordination, audiovisual setup, and documentation collection. Collaborate with the CME Director, Department of Medical Education, and GME leadership to develop specialty-specific symposiums and regional educational offerings. Maintain records, databases, and reporting systems related to learner participation and continuing education credits. This role fosters a culture of lifelong learning across the organization, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and supporting strategic educational priorities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a general office setting and/or special events coordination/management
- Knowledge and skills in planning, budgeting, audio visual, learning management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and event planning
- Excellent communication (verbal, written & electronic) and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be highly organized and provide superior service delivery while working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Exceptional analytical/critical thinking
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel to other Guthrie entities and offsite event venues as needed
