Job Summary
Assist the Director of Nursing, Clinical Nurse Manager, and Charge Nurse with daily unit staffing and ensure unit reporting and documentation are completed professionally and timely. Record information in medical records and maintain accurate unit data. Requires CPR certification; CNA certification and Spanish bilingualism are preferred. Full-time or PRN status with competitive hourly pay ranging from $24.50 to $26.00. Community Memorial Health System is a community-owned, not-for-profit organization serving west Ventura County, recognized as the only five-star rated hospital in the county by CMS.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of word processing software
- CPR Certification
