Job Summary
Providing personal care and activities of daily living to clients/patients/residents to support their optimum functioning; assists with physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs in the Chronic Resident Unit. Requires a Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA); part-time role (0.5 FTE) with scheduled shifts including days, nights, evenings, weekends and stat holidays; may be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention incentives. Strong organizational, interpersonal, basic computer, and communication skills are needed, with ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
- Valid driver's license, where required
- Food Safe certificate, where required
