Job Summary
Provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients to encourage optimum functioning and support their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs. Maintain Food Safe certification where required and possess a valid driver's license. Work independently within the Chronic Resident Unit at Eston Health Centre, adhering to a part-time rotation of 64.96 hours per six weeks across days, nights, evenings, and weekends.

- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
