Job Summary
Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents in the Chronic Resident Unit to support optimum functioning; requires completion of a Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA) and may involve part-time, temporary shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Unionized position with CUPE at Maidstone Health Complex; duties include compassionate, independent care and adherence to care protocols within a 4-week rotation schedule; valid driver’s license may be required where applicable; opportunities for Recruitment/Retention incentives may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)

- Food Safe certificate where required
