Continuing Care Assistant

Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Qualifications include CCA and competencies: communication skills, organizational skills, basic - computer skills, interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license, where required; Food Safe certificate, where required. May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives. Schedule includes evenings and weekends with 0.42 FTE and extended shift hours (11.78 per rotation over 16 shifts in 12 weeks).
