Job Summary
Provide personal care and daily living support to clients in their homes, including bathing, grooming, dressing, meal assistance, light housekeeping, companionship, and support for daily living activities. Travel between client homes is required. Roles include flexible full-time and part-time schedules with paid training and onboarding, education assistance, and benefits. Applicants should have at least 1 year of personal-care experience, be prepared to complete the CCA exam within 4 months (nursing background or PSW experience welcome), hold a valid driver’s license (preferred), and be able to pass a criminal check with VPS verification. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in providing personal care
- Plan to successfully complete CCA exam in 4 months
- Nursing background or extensive PSW experience will also be considered
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Current criminal check with clear VPS if selected
- Ability to provide compassionate, tactful care to residents/patients and families
- Flexibility for scheduling, including travel between client residences
