Job Summary
Design and maintain a comprehensive risk framework covering compliance, co-employment, worker classification, supplier risk, and data/privacy. Conduct regular risk assessments across geographies, vendors, and worker types while ensuring adherence to labor laws and co-employment guidelines. Partner with Legal to standardize contractor agreements, build controls to mitigate identified risks, and evaluate staffing supplier risks. Lead investigation of risk-related incidents, track key risk indicators, and educate collaborators on risk policies to drive a culture of compliance. This contingent workforce governance role supports Adobe's external workforce strategy, leveraging extensive global labor regulation expertise to build operational resilience and integrate risk-aware decision-making into the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of background in risk management, compliance, employment law, or contingent workforce programs
- Extensive understanding of GLOBAL labor regulations and contingent workforce frameworks
- Analytical approach with experience in risk modeling and reporting
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a large enterprise managing a global contingent workforce program
- Familiarity with MSP/VMS environments
- Professional certifications such as CRM or CCEP
