Job Summary
Senior Network Engineer (contingent upon contract award) leads planning, policy development, and administration of MACC-TTE networks in an enterprise environment; serves as technical policy/ planning expert, makes recommendations on network systems engineering, and helps define roadmaps and strategies to solve complex problems, with a TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8140.03 IAT II certification; requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and hands-on network design/operational expertise across routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, wireless tech, and cyber range facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, CyberSecurity, Information Management, or related discipline OR 10+ years’ experience configuring and operating a cyber range or computer testbed environment
- Security+ or other qualifying DoD 8140.03 IAT II certification
- Expertise in designing and configuring computer networks including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs using bare-metal and virtualized systems
- Experience providing network engineering and support for a distributed test range facility
- Experience with wireless infrastructure supporting 802.11x, 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G wireless technologies
- Experience configuring and managing DoW nodes such as the Joint Information Operations Range (JIOR) node
