Job Summary
DAS Services seeks a diligent Logistician to manage cyclic inventory, accountability, and dispersion of all property for the MACC-TTE enterprise, including overseeing procurement processes using CHESS and GFEBS while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting market research, and executing government contracts to support mission success.
Required Qualifications
- Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline OR 5+ years’ experience with Army Supply and Services Career Management Field
- 3+ years’ experience in procurement or contracting, preferably within a Government or Military environment
- Experience performing all functions of a supply operation in support of an Army activity (ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, expediting parts, researching sources)
- Experience performing property accountability functions (hand receipt procedures and inventories of Army property)
- Strong understanding of FAR and DFARS, Army procurement policies and procedure, and the CHESS system
