Job Summary
Provide in-home hospice CNA care to terminally ill patients in Livonia, MI. Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), monitor and report changes to the supervising nurse, offer emotional support to patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, follow infection control protocols, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, compassionate hospice care.
Required Qualifications
