Job Summary
Participate in developing youth treatment/service plans and establish supportive relationships to assist clients in achieving identified goals. Provide oversight for 1-on-1 activities, engage clients, document outcomes, and submit paperwork for billing. Identify community resources for youth development and provide transportation to and from outside locations as needed. Requires valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and availability for after-school hours, evenings, and weekends. Compensation is $20-$21 per hour for up to 19 hours per week with mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree or enrollment in an accredited Associates or Bachelor's Program; Preferred, GED or High School Diploma; Required
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Good driving record
- Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 bodily injury liability
- Daily travel required with the willingness to meet clients on a flexible schedule or during non-traditional hours if needed
- Availability for after school hours, evenings and weekends
- Working, reliable telephone
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs
