Context Engineer

Context Engineer at CapIntel, focused on integrating large language models into the core platform and defining context engineering patterns. You will design and implement LLM-powered features via model APIs, manage retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, optimize context window strategies for accuracy and cost, enable agentic workflows for multi-step autonomous tasks, and build guardrails and evaluation frameworks to ensure compliant AI features in production. Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Data teams to translate business requirements into production AI system specifications, mentor the broader engineering team on context engineering principles, and contribute to scaling CapIntel's AI capabilities for the wealth management sector. 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python/Node, REST API integration, and experience working with LLMs in production. Nice-to-have includes MCP, LLMOps tooling, multi-agent architectures, cloud/container deployments, and strong communication skills.
