Job Summary
Respond to emergency property damage situations by surveying sites, evaluating and recording damage, and completing cleaning processes for contents and structural jobs. Submit daily time sheets, file documentation, and take photos of jobs in our primary operating system (RMS). Assist with supply orders, keep equipment organized, and perform initial site visits while operating a company vehicle safely. Participate in an on-call schedule and work within hazardous environments. IICRC certification training is available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to work independently and / or with a team
- Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
- Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
- Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
- Frequently will lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)
- Ability to learn and operate our primary operating system: RMS
- Ability to create documents
- Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
