Job Summary
Respond to emergency and property-damaging situations by surveying damage, evaluating and recording items, and completing cleaning processes for contents and structural jobs. Submit daily time sheets, code job hours, and file documentation while taking photos at job start, completion, and throughout the process. Assist with supply orders, keep shop equipment organized, unload trash, and perform initial site visits. Set restoration equipment within guidelines and work safely in residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storm, or mold. Maintain confidentiality, operate a company vehicle, and participate in an on-call schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to work independently and / or with a team
- Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
- Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
- Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
- Frequently will lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)
- Ability to learn and operate our primary operating system: RMS
- Ability to create documents
- Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
